Introduction to Bid Wizard

The Bid Wizard Home Page is shown when you click the Bid Wizard Menu item:

The Bid Wizard will walk you through the steps to create a bid or contract based on your Excel file, on a wholesaler price plan/matrix or on creating a favorites list.

Once a bid has been created, many functions exist for processing the information contained in the bid.

Sorting

Grid table headers can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the header icons. The sorted column's background color will be different than the other columns.

Filtering

Filter/search functionality is now provided for your convience. Simply enter the first few letters of what you are looking for in the 'Search' box and the table will only show the data matching your filter.

Navigation

Navigation between multiple pages is provided in the lower right of the footer..

Start a New Bid

Click the Start a New Bid button to start a new bid.

Download Previous Bids

Click the Download Previous Bids button to view/download previous bids.

Open an Existing Bid

If you have already created one or more bids, then a listing of your bids will be displayed as shown above. Click on one of the Bid ID links to open the bid for editing or processing.
